Collaborative Stage Data Collection System (CS): Version 2 Link to both versions of the CS version 2 manual: "CSv2 02.03 is effective for all reportable cases diagnosed 1/1/2011 and forward. Therefore, CSv0203 will have to be implemented before the processing of any 2011+ cases. After CSv0203 has been implemented, all cases need to be processed under CSv0203 regardless of diagnosis year."
Historical Cancer Registry Standard Implementation Dates (From ACoS CoC) The dates of implementation and changes for revised editions of manual used in the Cancer Registry. The first date listed below is the implementation date, which is always January 1 of that year. The publishing date is after the name of the manual.
National Provider Identifier (NPI) Registry Search "The NPI Registry enables you to search for a provider's NPPES information." This is a good source to find provider contact information and their NPI number for cancer registry databases. You can search for individual providers as well as organizations.
